I hunted in the Juniors, the conditions up there are extremely dry. If the guide doesn't have water to take you to or if the dogs don't cooperate and get away from the water. You will be lucky to get on a coon. My guides on the early round both nights hunted us down some small creeks and it was great. I had to judge each time and everyone took their minus without a word said. Everyone helped find each other's coons and congratulate the others each time their dog treed one. Just real good sportsmen and gentleman. I judged a late round last night and the guides water was dried up. The dogs couldn't do much. The dog that won treed one right out of the truck and never made another tree. A red gyp treed one just before the hunt ended. It was a really long 2 hours.
