How many UKC hunts are you allowed to have at one club?

I went to one of my first UKC hunts the other night and the guys at the club told me they had another hunt the following week so I thought cool so I looked on the computer and couldn't find it so I thought maybe the the guy was wrong. So I called the contact number from the hunt I went to and the guy said it was listed under another town and that they had 14 hunts a year. I was just wondering the limit of hunts at 1 club because I thought I might look in having some hunts in our home town if I could get 20 or 30 hunts going to keep it a float. Thanks!

I don't think anybody has 20-30 UKC hunts per year. You affiliate yourself with more than one reg. My club does UKC,PKC,WTDA
I don't think it matters how many hunts you hold per year your not going to stay afloat on hunts. You'll find you'll still sell tickets to keep the lights on.

Jim has answered more correct questions on here than ever one else put together imo so why ask these same guys on here ever day just ask Jim and save you all this useless time.

Any questions I have about Ukc I just pm him instead of asking for ever opinion on the internet for if you will do a search and go back on his threads he has done answered 90% of the questions being asked on a daily basic.

you get 7 but your first year only 3 you can have a memorial hunt and a youth hunt also doesn't count against the 3 or the 7

But the opinions can be so entertaining. It would be no fun if you just asked a question and Todd/Allen/Jim answered it.

You guys are funny. Well how far away does another club have to be from ya to have a UKC hunt? Just want to know the guidelines, thanks!

Jr

I'd call ukc and asked them. I'd say they would send u the paper work and everything u need to know. Where u from, someone close to u might take u under there wings and let u visit with them why they do the master of hounds and teach u what your wanting to know?
