Pyrantel which is what nemex is. I believe Nemex is just at a lower concentrate.

We worm our pups 3 days in a row. I believe you can also worm the mom with it at the same time. We order ours from Jeffers In a larger bottle & better price @ 1-800-jeffers or www.jeffers.com. If you order 1st thing in morning you will get it by ups in about 2 days.
