I would remove collar from unit,,then re-add it back in,,that should take care of the problem,I had to do that when I first got my 320,,haven't had a problem since

Sounds like your collar has lost communication with your hand held.

Turn on your collar and watch how many times it is blinking. If it is only blinking one single blink, after 3 -5 minutes or so of being turned on, then your collar is not able to hook up to satellites. If it is double blinking or better yet triple blinking then the collar seems to be getting a good signal. If it is only single blinking after 3-5 minutes something is probably wrong with the collar causing this problem

If you are getting a good signal but the hand held is not recognizing that signal, I would guess that either your antennal is bad (or has a bad connection) on your collar, OR your antenna is bad/broken on your hand held.

You could borrow a buddies collar and match it to your hand held and see if you can track that collar. If you are able to track a different collar successfully, then the problem is probably in your original collar.

Good Luck!!
