Why did the clubs quit having these? I know the kids don't have to get qualified for youth nationals now but i don't see that as a reason to quit putting on the yep events. My kids really liked going to them and learned something at every one they went to. Around our area there has only been one youth show and hunt this year. I think you would get alot more kids getting into showing and the hunts if they could just compete with other kids and not just throw them to the wolves by making them compete with the adults. It just seems like the clubs don't care about doing anything for the kids since they don't have to get qualified for nationals.
