Shawn,

There was an RQE in Clinton, NC earlier this year, Jan 24th. I was told there was a Blk&Tan that won that RQE the dogs name was SCAR, but I don't know the details. You may want to ask UKC. If that is so, the B&T's are doing pretty good in North Carolina at this time.
