I have decided to put Pete up for stud. Pete has an excellent mouth on him. He is ball on track, has a big long locate, and is a steady chop mouth tree dog that will stay put until you take him off the tree. I believe Pete will pass this on to his pup. He is performance sired for 2014. Just give me a call and we will take him out any way you want to see him go. Thank you for reading my post.

Thanks Tony I finish Pete to Gr.Nite in five strait hunts back in May and June of last year winning king of zone 3, BBOA Iowa state hunt and some slam events plan on putting him in some PKC hunts this summer.

Just got back from the annual full moon cave party here in the buffs of eastern iowa saw 2 big coon run across the road and wallow through the 5 inches of snow we got today on top of the 12 inches we have already being 2 degree it must be that time of year!

King of Hunt, and Show at the Iowa SBA hunt in Legrand




I've spent many nights in the woods with Pete, and one of the best attributes I see in him is consistency. Pete has always been a consistent cast winner, and he is the same dog in a hunt that he is on any week night. He has a temperament second to none in the woods, and is a gentleman in any company. There have been countless pups that have been started behind that him.

Great looking hound and impressive pedigree! Ol'Rattler was severely underused by the public. He was the right kind in the woods and has throw some great traits that you don't just find anywhere. Jenny has proven herself to be a top producer as well.

With parents like his Pete can't help but reproduce.
