I ignore most all of what you have listed there, with one exception.....
I HAVE to have hunted with the dog, and preferably one or two of his litter mates. I also want to hunt with pups out of him, if he is busy being a stud dog, that shouldn't be too hard.
I always remember, YOU ARE NOT GETTING THE STUD DOG, YOU ARE GETTING WHAT HE REPRODUCES......
I've been breeding hunting dogs for 40 years, and I'm telling you that titles mean NOTHING in the breeding pen. You can't cover up faults in your gyp by strengths in the stud.
And finally, if you don't want another one just like it...don't breed it!
