Astro 220 Problems

The last couple times I've gone out and used my Astro 220 the distance it says the dog is at is totally wrong. I just charged the collar the other day, and there are new batteries in the handheld. For example last night he was treed straight ahead along a cornfield not even 200 yards and it said he was 7.82 miles away? Is there a way to reset it and has anyone else had these problems?

Collar

Check to see if ur collar has full gps signal and comm signal to start with. Try deleting the collar and re adding it sometimes it helps

220 issue

Make sure you have the battery setting in handheld matched with the type of batteries you are using and delete and reload collars to unit. hope it helps.
