Older walker female
I have a 9-10 yr old spayed walker female that i am looking to give away. still in really good health. i am looking to give her to someone that can use her as a pup trainer. the good: if she can hear the dogs she will honor to them, great tree dog and locator, handles like a lab, very quiet around the house unless thundering and lightning. broke off deer and coyotes. only runs bear, coon and bobcats. the bad: she is hot nosed, babbles in the truck until she has an e collar on. then she will just rig bear. she will slick tree on coon every so often. she trees her fare share of coon though otherwise she would have been gone long ago and if she is slick treeing you can give her a boot and shell go looking again. when you want to go home you hollar her name a few times and head for the truck. on bobcats if the track isn't too old she will catch it. if it is a real long cold trail you may have to help her through the losses. Not ill in any way and a real easy keeper. if anyone is interested in her or could use her for getting some pups fired up or to throw in behind give me a shout. She is free to a good home. would be perfect for a youth to take out coon hunting.
