"PR" She's a Doozie., a female TWC, was surrendered, with UKC papers, to the Dallas (TX) animal shelter. She was born September 18, 2012. She was registered in Virginia. She is currently on her way to a dog "rescue."

owner of record on the papers is Marion Cutler of Carrollton, VA
just seems suspicious that apapered dog would be taken to a shelter in TX when the owner of record is in VA.

I don't know if she's been spayed, but the Dallas shelter doesn't usually release dogs that haven't been spayed.

If anyone knows Marion Cutler, please let her (him?) know. I was contacted by a rescue person to see if I could find the breeder and see if she was wanted back. I don't know exactly where the dog is now, but can put you in touch with someone who does.

She is available for "adoption"

Mr.Cutler passed away last year. I believe his dogs were all sold.
