 11 Week Female Iowa

I have an 11 week old all blue female that I purchased a week ago that isnt working for our family at this time. I'm still waiting on papers from the previous seller but am told she will have papers. Real loud bawl even at this age. I'm not sure of any history of this dog, from what I understand it is an accidental litter. Up to date on shots and dewormed.
