Mike got Hutch out tonight with the Buck pup. He handled well for me for having him less than a week. Pretty independent, I realize he hasn't been in woods in awhile and needs to get in shape but I put three hrs. on him tonight he was a different acting dog as the night went on. Got a first strike on drop three and treeing pretty good by end of the night. He is super friendly around the two other males not a mean bone in his body. We will have him whipped in shape and cant wait to start kill season with him. He likes to tree off the tree mostly but that may change when we get 20 lbs off him.

Had Hutch out three times now with the Buck pup. They hunt well together and Hutch is getting out 150 -300 yrds and slowly dropping weight and improves each time out. Here is a pic from last night. Friday night I will hunt him with Bluspeck. The coon went up the small tree he is treed on into a big den tree.

Hutch ain't afraid to kill a big one, I got him all bloody again tonite! Don't worry Mike, coon blood not his LOL!!
