Questions for Blue breeders

I've thought about this for awhile and want some people's opinions.ive owned hounds that were good coondawgs and good dogs at the house,I've had some that were good huntn dogs and hyper as **** at home,I've had some that were not so good huntn dogs and good around the house.i would like to think I've improved with my hounds since the beginning.but my question is what particular line of blues throws well balanced hounds in the woods and at home.i find it hard to like a dog that hunts good but acts like a nut a home.Just wanted to hear what line seems to carry well mannered coondawgs,or crosses that did well in producing well balanced hounds.i like to do research on things like this.thank you
