Rub a little used motor oil on them every day, a week to 10 days they will be gone.

Benedine will take care of it no matter the cause . It is a blue gel and can be found in pet section just about any where , just a few dollars . I usually give any dog with skin issue a bath in T-gel shampoo or Sulfudine shampoo let lather stay on for several minutes ,then apply the benedine it works on ring worms , fungus , staph , other viruses and bacterias .
