Need to pay up pup that is coming 11 mo. Litter was from perf sire. UKC reg number is W359,061.Needing total cost. Is a form needed or just a note stating what the fee is for plus reg number. Not sure if litter was perf nominated. Thanks Jim

The litter was never nominated so it would be $50.00 to nominate the litter and $100.00 to permanently nominate your dog. (These fees are in addition to the registration fee). You can just include a note telling us what the extra fees are for.
