Does anybody know if you can just order a new collar for a classic 70 and give them the serial number off the collar and they can match it up or you have to buy a new system.

I don't know for sure, but i have been told the company discontinued the classic 70. You may be able to call one of the vendors and find out for sure. They would know if anyone would.

Tri tronics dont even exsist anymore. Its garmin now but collor clinic can hook u up if its a newer model.

The new Garmin/tritronics Classic 70 collars will not work on the Tritronics classic 70 systems .But there are still a crap ton of the g2 and g3 Tritronic collars to be found new and used for your system about all of you dog supply vendors should have them Instock and they are for the system you have..... But it has to be a tritronics g2 or g3 collar. I know I have the same system and the tritronics trashbreaker and they used the same collar on bothe systems and will interchange.

ive picked up couple new collars recently and each one was last at stores. cabelas and scheels each had one. $140 and getting hard to come by.
