I need a hybrid bump cap special made.
I want the piece that holds the light to the cap completely made out of metal.
I have had 4 diffrent caps and the plastic has broken on every one of them.I'm tired of this cheap crap.it might be ok for some of these so called coon hunters but you hunt 30 plus hours a week.that crap will not hold up.
If you can make this for me please let me know.

I could make a aluminum bracket instead of a plastic one. But the cost of materials, plus machine time, plus welding, plus the labor to make one would be costly.

Your going to add a 1/2 pound or better to the front of your cap. It will be really uncomfortable. Go with a bump cap.
