Georgetown/Lexington area

Ok guys and gals I have got moved to Lexington and settled in. I can leave the house and be in Georgetown in about 10 minutes and Lexington in about 15. Can anyone hook me up with a place to deer hunt or coon hunt? Thanks guys. Don't matter public or private land. I just don't know anyone here or the area very well and need something to hunt or I'm going to go insane....

You have great coonhunting in all directions around you! Just need to get hooked up with somebody to hunt with. Owen, Franklin, Grant, Harrison Henry all good counties to hunt plenty of coon! Been traveling down that way for years to hunt. Consider yourself lucky to be in the middle of it!

There's a nice coon hunting club down here in grant county at Lloyd's wildlife. About 30 minutes north of Georgetown

Thanks guys that's good to know. I had heard that was the case of being good coon and deer hunting. Now if I can get hooked up with someone to hunt with or someplace to hunt. I'll be set.
