Indiana Trespassing Law

I buddy of mine that works on the local Sheriff's Dept was telling me that the law was changing July 1st. As before if your dog got on property that you didn't have permission to be on that they had to give you a warning first but now the law changed where the land owner don't have to have it posted, give a warning or anything else for you to get a ticket or even arrested for being on their property. As all of us hunters know a dog does get on joining properties from time to time. Anyone else hear about this change in the law.

Sneaking is a necessary skill for today's coonhunter. Best learn it.

Not exactly. This all has to do with the Agriculture side. Keeping idiots from tresspassing and doing damage to farms because of farming operations.

I prefer a dog that is tone broke and a good knowledge of the property boundaries.

Ol Brummy was so smart, he wouldn't bark when he went across posted land. Better figure out how to get some of that old blood back!

Ya but ol June got the wrong end of a coon huntin monkey........and we have TOO MUCH of that blood around

Like it or not sooner or later were going to have to resort to an ol fox hunter trick.......training them to come to the horn.
