I hate to ask but can't figure it out. Can some explain ( in simple language ) how to post a picture from a smart phone on here.

If you know how to on your computer just send the pic to your email from your phone

You would have to do it just like posting a picture from your computer. You have to upload it to a host site that allows you to link back to it.
