Whats wrong with my dog?

He is horse and when I went to feed him today blood was coming from his mouth. It didnt appear his mouth was bleeding but it was coming from his throat. Also a gurgling noise coming from his throat when he breathes. I would appreciate any help, thanks, John.

I know this is not what you want to hear. Get him to a vet.

No one on here is going to be able to help you but if the dog is gurgling you need to get him to a vet as fast as possible.

If he has eaten Rat Poison give him about 10 cc's of Hydrogen Peroxide orally. He will regergitate the poison.

rat poison does not show up for 2 to 5 days. I should know right now I have a real nice young dog that has it right now and it is not a good thing to see what he going throw right now. all I can say I sure hope your dog does not have it.

Once it gets into the blood stream this wont do anything for rat poison or any other kind of poison.

Why are people so IGNORANT when it comes to care for a dog?

If your kid had the same symptoms would you be on an internet site asking questions or would you take the kid to a doctor or hospital?

IMO if you can afford to care for a dog you shouldn't own one!
