the green light stays red when i charge my collars .when i turn them on and check batt, it says full charge anyone having this problem with there alpha collars

Look at the contacts on the TT10 and see if one is not tarnished or discolored. Try cleaning it, sometimes that helps.

thankyou,yes one of them are tarnished and the same contact on my other tt10 is to ill try cleaning them better its been a grate system other then the tarnished contact.

Mine does that when I charge in the truck but not when I charge in the house.
