Did you type all of this Old Timer? It would have taken me a week. I hunted with some of them as I am sure Danny has also. I owned a couple and know some things about a few more but this pedigree question has Terry Finder written all over it! I saw him today. He is doing good.

Moose and Scout were litter mates, I also owned another that was a female. My female I bought from Red in 84 was out of Cheta II and a male named Luke--littermate to Duke. Before Red passed he had me get Cheta II and she was a very nice one. I will always remember the night she was on a tree with Ramblin Red Ralph, that was as nice a pair of tree hounds you could want. I got to hunt with Terry Finder and own litter mates to Wrighter VII and VIII. Hunted with his Rose and my Zach has her twice along with a bunch of some hound called Ramblin Red Zack??? Todate, the cross that I'm the proudest of was the Moose and Sundown Penny. I had a female out of it that I called Mid MO Jenni Jo. She was in the class of her grandma-Cheta II when it came to nose, looks and tree style. This female I have now, Rose, is still carrying the ball and if nothing happens to her will be in their calss also. She can flat fly on a track and is a very nice tree hound. She is a very nice looking hound and if I get time I'll try and post her 7 generation. She carries some of the good "old" blood also and if we can get it done with her and Joe, these pups should make nice hounds that can be used on big game and coon.

I have heard alot about these dogs just wantin to know more about them. a guy in pennsylvania has stud ouy of alot of balsksley dogs but doesnt hunt him he also had a litter 6 months ago and I tried to get 1 but where all sold. Houndy looking dogs! New to reddogs and hunting in general but my female hunted last nite finished with 475+ would won cast but I struck and treed her and she stayed the 5 minutes and came off tree they gave me 2 minutes to see if she would go back, but of course she didnt until aout 3 minutes so I treed her again we found coon in a hole on bottom side of tree so I got -125 for treed if not for that I wouldve won cast but got beat by better handler and a reddog, walkers didnt do much but slick tree and off game possums! I would like to hear more about the Balskey dogs!!!!!

Red Oak Mike 6 times is what I like along with some of the others in her pedigree. She is a good sizes female with that dark blood red silk coat, dark eyes and long low set ears. But her strongest point---she's a tree hound that can move a track with good speed. With the blood that she carries, I would say she could produce nice big game hounds?
