I'm about to submit change of address for all mydogs...but not pay to get new easy entry cards for all of them...will i still sign them up under old address at a hunt and just any titles would it then just be sent to the new address? thanks

On new slips you don't have to feel out your entire address just city and state.

So what city do i use when entering a coon hunt? one on easy entry or new address?

You don't need to go through all that. Just keep the same card and write the new address on the entry. All they really need to know is your name and the dogs name. I've done it before a few times
