Down there is a little up and down. Up in my area is pretty flat. A few hollers. Good coon population. I'm a little over an hr north. If you are over this way your more than welcome to get a hold of me.

It's got hills, but plenty of coons and plenty of good hunting. Tom Strang lives near there, Canonsburg. He takes us to some real nice hunting. Just some hills.

That area can be a bit rugged..the farther south and east of that area you go the worse the hills and hunting can get...

Not much public land...

But good hunting can be found for sure... There are several clubs within an hour or so...Washington, Brave and Blairsville are all probably within an hour..beaver falls and Lisbon Ohio are probably a hair over an hour..butler too..

I am a half hour or so north of the city...an average night is 3-4 coon treed an hour...treed 4 last night and was home right before 10..

There are quite a few hunters on this site from out that way. Seems like that the area of PA that has the most clubs/hunts.

I am a about an hour and a half from Pittsburgh. We do have mountains. My club is hosting the PA state hunt this year come up and check it out. We do have a real good coon population.
