G2 exp question

New batteries in transmitter and collar and still won't stimulate. Tried switching collar to a different button and it won't program to another. Transmitter comes on, collar comes on, they even fully charge. Just can't get the collar to stimulate. Any ideas what is wrong?

I have a tri tronics classic 70 exp and you can bet your bottom dollar the next one I buy will be a sport dog. Past about 3-400 yards with my tri tronics you can forget it and its a 1 mile range. My buddy has a sport dog and I have seen him bump his dogs at over 1000 yards .
