Iv got a litterof 6 puppies that the mother got an a
infection and is in pretty bad shape. Iv never had any luck whatsoever bottlefeeding puppies. Any advice would b greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have thm on a heating pads constantly so they don't get cold and put them on wabi lac with colostrum ! The hardest part is finding a nipple they like to eat from after that it's just every 3-4 hours feeding them and they should be fine !!! A buddy told me one time take a rubber surgical glove and he said they like feeding out of then and you can feed 5 at a time!!,just make sure you get the glove without the powder in them

I raised a couple litters, used a playtex bottle and goats milk.
They loved the goats milk.

The kennel help has done it for me. They got bottle and pup formula from the vets office. They had to feed them every three hours and kept them on a heating pad. It was a lot of work but they all survived
All five of them went on and made confirmation champion. One of them won multiple best in show.

It might take buying alot of nipples before you find the right one. If enough milk is not coming out take a needle and make a fewmore holes in it. You will have to rub them with a rag as if the mother was licking them to make them have a bowel movment everytime after they feed.

Goats milk (if you can't get fresh , get the goat replacer @ your local feed store) . Hold on tummy not on back like a baby when feeding . Platex or regular infant bottle works best - not pet bottle . After every feeding you MUST stimulate to urinate & have a bowel movement . (I use baby wipes over a trash can) . Keep em' warm .
