Logger - the light you have has a single LED for a wide angle walk light, and with the flip of a switch you have 5 white LEDs for a spot. This new light is a high LUX light with one single LED using a deep dish reflector and weighs considerably less than your 6 LED light.
You are 100% correct about the light market, and it changes on a daily basis - we like to think of it as progress and trying to bring you a better product. My friend Ray Conrad and myself have been working on this new light for well over 6 months and we like to think we got it right.
I wouldn't want you to think we sold a light through deceit or deception or inaccurately represented LUX values. I would rather give you a light as have you think that.
