What time do they draw out Friday?
I know we have to confirm before 2pm but trying to figure out when to leave here Friday morning so I can get everything done once I get there

As you said, you have to confirm before 2 pm each day for that night's hunt. If you are on the wait list (which you are not) you will have to be in front of the stage at 3 pm to see what cast number you are in. At 3:30 we will have the opening ceremony and then call out the casts and tell you where you will be hunting out of.
