Muck boot lining repair

I have a pair of muck boots that I have worn through the heel lining through to the rubber in the boots. What's the repair for this. The boots are still water proof and the chaps are still great. Just would like to repair the lining. Thanks for any ideas and information.

This is the very reason I stopped buying Muck boots. I'm not sure if they can even be repaired.

the only way i found was to turn the toe of the boot up and take silicone on the ole finger and fill the worn out place till you think its smooth and let the boot sit with toe pointing up for a couple of days.at least that fixed mine.

Buy the Bama booties to wear with em. They want wear out. You can probably use them with those you have and not feel it either.

2 pair

I 'VE got 2 pair - older ones the liner is about shot in the heels, have a newer pair that I got on sale and have had over a year and the seam on one boot is real ruff and will blister my heel in a short time, may try the silicone thing on them

MUCK BOOT REPAIR (HEEL)

I used an old pair of leather gloves to cut out a patch whiched matched the hole in the heel of the pair I have now...I glued it in with some high powered silicone type glue that I bought at Lowes...You can also use the tounge of an old pair of lleather boots or shoes...IT WORKS GREAT FOR ME...

just about however you patch it, the edge is going to peel up eventually and give you blisters. I use moleskin on the spot on my heel that it gets and wear thick socks. Sometimes I forget and am very sorry the next day!
