Dog acting sick , help

Well my redbone female is been acting weird and sick kindly she doesn't act like her self , and she is getting little black bumps that look kinda like scabs you would get when you pick at a cut ? Idk what's up with her but something is and I don't know what it is . Any one got ideas ? I've wormed her , fed her twice the food as my other dogs and even red meat and bread an idk what else to do ?
