I have killed a couple of blond coons but tonight killed a silver colored coon with an almost white tail, thought I would share.

My Faith female caught one on the ground in a middle if a cornfield couple years ago. It was a mean son of a gun and just sat there and was intent to whip her a$$! I pulled her off and tried to get the coon to go on but he stood his ground even with me kicking at him and trying to get him to go. We were only 100 yds from woodline but he just wanted to fight I guess. Went in there abunch that season and never did tree that darn thing. It was a 16-17# coon and as grey as beech bark.
