How do I go about getting paper on a dog that I'm getting that had paper but the guy lost the papers and I'm wanting to get the dogs papers back I know the name the dog was registered under and who orginally owned him before the guy who's selling him to me lost them before he could redo his ukc papers on the redtick male I'm getting

I think that is how they do it...Not a 100% sure though, you might have to call the UKC Monday and ask.

What if the dog never got paper what can I do to get them if I don't have the dogs papers or anything on him but I know his sires name and I can get his dames name would that work

The registered owner of the dog would have to fill out one of our duplicate applications, which can be downloaded from our website.

Oh ok that's what I thought how will I know if I can pr register him if he don't have papers does sire and dame both gotta be pr registed jw never had to deal with papers before just switchin them over or just never redid them in my name

If the litter has been registered with us, the breeder would need to sign the registration paper over to you.

Ok idk if it has or hasn't the guy from the two dogs the owner who's copperating is the sires owner and the dames owner anit even though there's a contract written out for the purchess of the dog and she won't full fill her part

You would need to find out if the litter was registered with us or not. If the parents are not both UKC registered, then the litter would not have been registered with us.

If they were registered, the breeder would need to sign the papers over to you. If the papers were lost, the breeder can apply for another set of papers for the dog.
