dc 30 replacement batterys

I bought new batterys for my collars at the world hunt and the vendor told me they would show only 2 bars at first and to run them down and recharge them, but both will not go to a full charge now, I can charge them all day and it will show low battery every time, any ideas, both batterys bad? Need to reset something?

Disconnect and reconnect the charger to the collar a couple of times and see if that will get it to full charge.
This worked for me a few times and then one time, I ran the battery way down, further than normal. Trying to charge it multiple times did not help, I had to disconnect the battery from the collar, let it sit for a while, reconnect the battery to the collar, then it took a full charge.

I disconnected the batterys for about half hour a piece and they show no bars, would a update b needed?

After disconnecting and then reconnecting them, did you try a charge cycle? You can't just disconnect them. You have to charge them afterwards.
An update should not help you with this problem.

Continue to use and recharge. The more you use, the stronger the battery will become.

Still shows no bars after recharge, blue charge light only stays on for about 15 min then gos off, then I unplug and charge again and will only stay on for about 5 min
