Pup?

I have a 9 month old English Blue tick female she will go with the old dogs and check back great loads great. My only compliant is she will go with the old dogs on track and will not throw a bark at all. She will be at the tree when you get there but will not bark at all unless you tie her back and she will bark a little. Also she will bark at a caged coon and will tare a coon up when popped out to her and will not back down. Any suggestions on how to get her to bark on track or tree?

How much or how many times have you worked her on a caged coon ? That might be your problem .

id say you need to spend some one on one time with her. if she is doing all that then she knows what to do but idnt cause she dont need to when the other dogs are doing it for her. hold her back and dont give her any more coon. That should maje her want it more. and also don't show her any more cadge coon unless its when you cut it loose to make her chase it. but I probably wouldnt do that eighter.

pup

Tie pup back at the tree about 15yards shoot coon out to the others with a fight let pup see & hear the comotion but don't let pup have any fur.. do this at every tree until she starts barking on her own. U shooting coons down & letting pup have it is rewarding her for doing nothing.. I never let pup have fur until it does its part & when it does i'll tie old dogs back & let pup have a few all to itself.

Thanks for the comments. I have only had her a caged coon 1 time. I turned it loose and she put it up the tree but never pulled the first bark. I will try what you all said and report back
