My DC-50 does not seem to be working correctly. I think I turned on the bark counting app, but all I can see so far is a little box on my dog screen that sits directly in from of my dog. When my dog is barking it seems to show a little volume like indicator but I have yet to see a number pop up in this box that indicates how many barks per minute my dog is barking. Has anybody else had to deal with this issue, and if so, what can be done to correct it? Or do I need to look somewhere else to see how many barks per minute my dog is barking?

I don't think it tell you how many barks ? I have my turned on because I want to see if my pups are barking and doing there job , jmo!

There are two things you have to turn on to make this work.

First is the bark detection
Menu
Menu
setup
dogs
"bark detection"
select and turn on.

Once that is done then go to dog alerts and do this
Menu
Menu
setup
dogs
"Dog Alerts"
"Bark Alert"
You select
vibrate
tone
tone and vibrate
message only
once that is selected it will give you a bark rate to alert you at.

Thanks so very much Bruce. I now have it set on message alert 20 barks per minute or more. We will see how that works. Again your help is very much appreciated.

I only had the Bark detection mode on and didn't know to look in dog alerts to turn on the barks per minute. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!!
