Nt Ch Hardwood Black Jack (Hardwood Patch Semen)
Jack is a 2 yr old Nt Ch that should have been granded by now. Jack is off of Hardwood Patch, who's off of Owen's Hardwood Bozo. If I need to tell you much more about Jack's sire side, you probably don't need to be breeding Walker dogs.
Jack is 55 lbs of black and white muscle, and goes hunting like he's shot out of a cannon. He's a pleasure on Tuesday night and a terror on Saturday night. He's a competitive top end strike dog, chop mouth all the way, great big locate, and he ABSOLUTELY WILL BE THE TREEDOG YOU ARE NOTICING WHEN YOU WALK IN TO A TREE.
Jack hasn't been beaten or shocked into independence. He gets to himself WHEN HE NEEDS TO, but is a dog that is competitive in a cast because he's flashy. He's got the chrome everyone looks for.
Perhaps as significantly as anything else, Jack is the perfect outcross. Although many of the dogs in his 3 generation pedigree are the foundation for what many people are breeding today, Jack brings to the table a concentrated shot of what so many strains out there are lacking. I'm talking about accuracy. Jack has missed before. Jack will miss again. Jack is much more accurate than I have to have, and I'm picky about accuracy.
Jack is a Performance Sire. His Stud Fee is nothing. Free. Zip. Zilch. I absolutely believe in him and his ability to reproduce, but until his pups get old enough to hunt he is unproven as a stud. If you have a nice female and are willling to take a chance on an unproven stud from a proven line, give me a call and I will do everything in my power to help make it happen. Feel free to call me with any comments or questions. I like talking dogs. Thanks for your consideration, Cory Highfill.
