More English Dogs of the past

I going to put some English Dogs of the past on here.

See if anyone knows them. Maybe even have a poll. Folks I just got out of college and I spend my days looking for jobs online. I did not realize the economy was this bad. Might be heading back to college and then still look for jobs. I just taking a break from looking for jobs and wanted to share and have some fun for everyone.

Click below and you will find out if you are right. Sorry the page has not been updated lately

More pictures of old dogs in the past if interested.

That is a very nice looking hound in that pic.

It looks like a coon dog.

That's

ole true boy................and ole Bobby Rachaels..........I hunted with both of 'em several times...............both the hound and the owner were top notch..........you won't find a better man to draw in a hunt than Bobby.

My wife, Frances Gail is from Geogia and knew Bobbie Rachaels from visiting the club that Bobby hunted out of. She speaks very highly of Bobby. I never hunted with True Boy but I have hunted with a number of dogs out of that strain. Judging by one of the traits I know the strain to have, I would bet Bobby named the dog True Boy because he always had the meat when he treed. I think the True Boy dogs were some of the best cold nosed track dogs that can be found anywhere. Of course, they are great tree dogs also. I owned Grand Nite Champion Pine Hill Missy for a good while. She was trained and campaigned by Bobby. Missy was a fine cold nosed coondog. I have lots of video tape of her. And, I carry some True Boy bloodlines in my English and always will.

They are a good looking bunch of dogs, too. They look like hounds.

I'll second what coon dawg said. Bobby is not only a blast to be around, but is one of the most honorable folks you'll ever meet.
