light humming?

So I bought a used Bright eyes 21v belt light a while back...finally got to use it last week...(been working out of state....)

Noticed that the head (bulb) makes an audible humming noise at certain brightness levels...

Is that normal? Or a concern?? Not super loud...but I noticed it...

Don't want my head bursting into flames or anything crazy...my first higher powered light....I like it a lot...like the rheostat on it better than the 5 position knob on my Blaster...and its a lot brighter...
