After ads and dues ... Iv'e got something like $425 in a book that I aint gonna see and alot of others got back in May .. and then we're told to make the trip to Flora to get a book cuz that's cheaper , lol ....

Instead of complaining though .. I'm just gonna send the publisher or secretary $100 to sneak me a book before the shift change or maildog eats mine next year ...

it was a post by KyCooner ... saying we should all try and go to Flora or get friends to bring our books back .. just another way for alot of books to slip through the cracks ..and kinda funny to think it wouldn't be cheaper for us to ad shipping to the book ..

Ray Conrad did pm me to look into it .. so there is some hope that at least someone is taking it serious and seeing it through ... I can understand how the Conrad's have got their hands full so I aint just full out complaining .. just scratching my head that in 2013 , any assoc. of any kind is so far behind the times.

Ray got me straightened out ... I sent my membership in for 2013 in January to renew .. so they applied to the the year ending in March 2013 , lol ....

No sweat , I've bought tickets to shows and not got as good a laugh ...

Justin, I have researched the entire situation and have found the answers you seek. I was going to PM but it seems you like to do business here. You sent the ABTCHA a postal money order in the amount of 360.00 . I have a copy of the money order. These funds were for your full page color add, another individuals full page color add and a dog in the hounds of the past. The full page color adds are 175.00 each for a total of 350.00 plus the dog in the hounds of the past. Your 360.00 did not cover all your adds and your membership. In no way am I or anyone to do with the ABTCHA trying to single you out or cause you harm in anyway. You put adds in the book and it is greatly appreciated. I am truly sorry that you are not satisfied and feel the association dropped the ball. I will personally send you a yearbook and pay for it myself no problem. I want you to have one. I just want you to understand that the reason one did not get mailed to you was not the fault of the ABTCHA. Your membership was not paid up so the book didn't get mailed. I am not trying to straighten you out as you posted earlier. I am just stating the facts and trying to do the best job I can for all the members of the ABTCHA. Take Care and Good Hunting.......Ray

There was another money order for membership fees and another for Lovis' help .... hard not to be antsy .

No big deal though , but I'm baffled at how much of this stuff is done the hard way and how little info is available without having to call someone at their home .

Every year folks are waiting for yearbooks and it's a hassle looking stuff up .. and it can all be handled on the computer and the membership list available so folks can check before waiting at the mailbox ... names can easily be highlight and dated to show whose book has been shipped and when ... in about two seconds and the transition between officers never has to be such a hassle.

No need to send a book for free , thanks for helping ...

Justin, I have a copy of every check or money order that came in for the yearbook adds. Obviously, I don't have a copy of the one for Lovis's services, but a separate one for your membership I should have received but I did not. Please attempt to trace it if you will. I really want to help you get this straight. Its my job to get it straight. Thanks and please forward your findings.

And I just found out someone changed my ad ... it's supposed to say " 62 days after Achilla is bred to a stud , HE has the puppies " .... someone changed it to " she has the puppies " ....
