All this talk lately bout top hounds an breeding. Here's a simple question an only requires a simple answer.

In the last couple of years ( not 10 yrs ago) name a dog or to that caught your eye or your thought looked good. An maybe a dog you would like to hunt with from what you heard!

Mandy 2 impressed me when I hunted with her. She was quick on the ground an a nice tree dog.

An jet-son impressed me. For a 10 yr old dog he had it going on. Bust in there an get wooded.

One I'd like to hunt with is stroker ace.

TN SMOKER-he was very independent and a nice treedog!- His handler has to be in the top 5 of SORRY handlers (Dave would agree!!)

Buddy - The night i hunted with him he looked good on a coon alone and on a slick (hahaha). I really liked his independence.

Solo- Lucas Barkman- i liked what i saw out of the young hound at the time


I'll put Trip up against anything, anywhere, anytime!

PCH Sundown Super Sport is a good one from tailgate to tree. Good mouth, good locate and has a coon when he sits down. Doesn't make many mistakes.

NITECH Licking River Lexus- She's super nice, saw her split about 10 feet from Gunner and had a coon in the top of a pole!


I have said this for a while now but I thought BTTB Tex looked really nice the night I hunted with him.

Another one of the best females I've seen in quite some time is the Gillum brothers Monkey dog. I would like my chances in a cast with her.

Need to get out and hunt with more but those dogs stand out in my mind right now.

I'd like to draw out with these three, I've never seen or hunted with any of them. Plus me hunting PR. Tree Jar'N Peanut ( Female owned by Omer H. of Ia. 1st place B&T Days RQE 2013 ). And why.

Peanut - Coondog. My measuring stick.

Black Furnace - the best looking B&T I've seen a picture of.

Boogie Man - I've heard he's good.

Batman - Cause I've heard that name so much.

Kansas Jammer Liked what I saw when I hunted with him. He will show you 2 looking down when he trees. If Dave tuned him up I think he has what it would take to go along way in the world hunt.

Mandy 2 looked real good the night I hunted with her.

I have hunted with Black Hawk and Thunder Valley Sundown both were impressive when I got to see them go. Both also had LOUD mouths. Definately worth breeding to.
