Dog sounds horse

What can I do to make his bark back loud again? He barked all night in the pen one night and hasn't sounded right since. HELP!!!

Mix honey, lemon juice, yellow mustard and squirt in his throat. Also a antibiotic from vet called tetracyline? Not sure of the spelling. Plenty of rest.
