Opinions on a cross

This has probably been brought up before but I'm going to ask it anyway. How do you all feel about the half brother half sister crosses and what results were different if any?

The good ones will be real good and the bad ones real bad I have seen it work with a litter that Terry Johnson raised like that they was out of his Smokey Hollow Jack dog out of Marcums Smokey.I picked the female that had the blackest feet at 5 weeks old took her on her first hunt at 4 months she was on the tree with my old dog and splitting off with her own at 6 months at 11 months I got a first with her in her first UK hunt.Terry bought her back and pleasure hunted with her mostly but she had was a real good one the rest of the litter didn't do anything

Our Timber dog's mother is off of a half brother/half sister cross. Then they outcrossed her. Can't complain about the results. Timber is fine young dog.

I know you'll take one but could you handle one lmao!!!!!

Mark I hunted with Timber at the state hunt he's a nice young dog I'd like to see him when he's about 3 I bet he'd be a hand full to deal with.

Thanks for the few replies but I was really looking to see if anyone has done this and what the good and bad was.

Ed Able's MEdicine Man - his sire was out of full bro/sis

Savage II - his sire and dam were both out of Nite Stalker Butch

Tonto - his sire and dam were both out of Savage ( Savage II - Cricket )

Gr Nt Hoffman's Midnight Jynx - both her parents were out of Savage II

Chief Joseph - out of full bro/sister

General Lee - both his parents were off Black EAgle Jack

This is just off the top of my head .... Achilla , Jericho and Echo have alot of these dogs in them .. and Ken Duncan bred like that several times too.

Weakley's Ben ... he was out of Savage bred to his sister, Bobbie

Medicine Man's dam came from breeding Hardrock to Bobbie to get a gyp he bred to Tenn St Peter ( Tenn Judge)

So , he's not only from an inbred sire .. the bottom side was bred tight on Tenn Wheeler and more Bobbie.
