Getting back into the game after three years of not hunting. I've hunted black dogs all my hunting life. I've been out the game for sometime now and decided to change things up. Before I hear some thrashing for hunting black dogs, lol, I have always admired the hunt in walker dogs. So here is my question. I'm looking for a line of dogs that set the woods on fire, COLD NOSE, hard tree dog and most importantly a very independent hunter. Now I know most I these traits are things are left up to the trainer, but it's got to be in the blood, too. Also wouldnt mind having a line that throws pups with a solid blanket back! A list of top reproducers would help as well. Hope someone can help! God bless and happy hunting!!

In my opinion most of the Sackett Jr., Harry crosses produce this kind of dog.
