320 problems

I got a new 320 with dc40 collar. First two times out it worked excellent. Now it wont pick up the collar. Its reading on the collar like its got signal and the signal on handheld is good. But will not show how far dog is, no arrow pointing to him and isn't tracking him on map. I can't figure it out. Maybe Im doing something wrong when re calibrating it. The dc40 came with the 320 and was already hooked up to collar. Thanks for the help

I would try deleting and reloading the collar

That cleared up a malfuntion for me in the past.
