Trent is right.

In every litter he produces very independent, get gone, track driving, quick tree locating, Loud, stay put pressure tree dogs, that can wind coon that are laid up and not moving.

I have a young male out of appels boomin jet that is super independent and has been since day one and has a real nice mouth all the pups in that litter had good mouths but he is a bawl and chop mouth tree dog but will kick dirt when he leaves was gamey but we have a good handle on that now and is shaping up real nice. I also have a year and half old female out of crocket and yes she has a huge mouth and is very independent as well chop mouth both ways hunting these two together your bound to go in two separate directions.male has more drive female has more mouth both super independent. I have no stake in either male cause personally we have a male here now out of logan that will be granded out with 2 more wins that could be the stud dog of anyones kennel nice mouth get gone most balanced hound ive walked behind in years. This is all just my take on it pretty much a tell it like it is type fella.

I've had the pleasure to go with Eddie and Crocket 4 different times. And yes he is how Eddie describes him being independent, loud mouth, and can drive a track and is a stay put tree dog. Eddie has also invited people to come out for hunts to show Crocket and offspring out of Crocket go hunting, as he ain't got nothing to hide. Maybe some of you guys that are still hunting Ntch that's going to the Winter Classic might get lucky enough to draw Eddie hunting a female off of Crocket.

Crockets offspring also look like a hound should look, no short pointed ears, needle noses you can stick in a coke bottle, no walker looking hounds and when they tree they have a coon. Consistence is all you can ask out of hound and Crocket has done just that. No he does not have a 100 to 200 pups on the ground like some, that have not done anything. He is going about it in the right way breed to bitches that deserve to be breed and see what the old boy can reproduce. Eddie has something to be proud of and should be. Don't know if any of the critics hunted against Crocket last year but If they did I'm sure he did his part. Eddie wish you the best of luck and looking forward in getting that right young one from you !!
