I have recently switched to it I have used ivomec all my life but found out that this gold wormer has ivomec in it but also kills tape worms too. Has anyone used it with younger age pups?

It will kill both but the dosage isn't right to treat either in a dog. In order to kill both you have to give the dog way more than the recommended dosage.
