I got a Thunder Stick and Ky Northern Gracie female that is all coon dawg and would have been championed out if she was in the right hands at an earlier age, I plan on making a cross with her, I am leaning towards Sowder but if you could have a pup out of a direct daughter of Thunderstick what else would you want to add to it. Keep in mind her only fault is she will grub a cold track if you let her. I am going to poll this one. Here is what I am looking at.

Marvin ,it would be hard to say what would compliment her,since we havemt hunted with her.It is a gamble anyway ya go.Man never knows.

Been busy working and hunting, trying to get Hunter ready for youth hunt it's tough taking a mommas boy and converting him LOL! How is black creek doing? I got my male killed and pretty much starting at ground zero except for Reba. She is pretty good dog I like her a lot. She does pretty good except for grubbing them cold tracks at times.

Reba showed the blue pup how to move on past a blowed over tree. LOL Mabel is young and generally fast and accurate, heck of a pup at 17 months but last night in the pouring rain the experience paid off Reba stopped located and moved on another 200 yards and nailed that sucker, I was split treed and soaked and come out grinning like a possum. I sure do like both my females. Know wonder folks like these Thunder Stick and Ugly Stick dogs they make it exciting.
