Gentry's Northern Blue Yeti

Just wanted to show off my pup. We hunted from 10 pm till sun up this morning. Temp was low 20's high teens. We got thin coon here so we had to work for what we got. But yeti is ranging out 800+ yards and made 3 trees last night a double, single, and one big old den. Not very good pics but I am proud of him so I will show ya.

And after sun up almost back to the truck

Thanks Randy but she is a he. Lol

-9 last night made one tree. My buddy I was hunting with thought he seen eyes when we where still 80 yards from the tree. When we got closer and started looking where he thought he saw them there was a hole. Tried squalling but nothing poked its head out guess will cholk it up as another den. Can't wait for a warm up and these coons to start moving again.

Deffently smarter then us! I about froze my toes off! HE has been doing so good lately though I have been trying to do my part on putting him in the woods when I can. But this cold spell the last week and a half has been ruff. I am hoping that hunting him in these ruff conditions will make a normal track seem super easy to him. He is still young though. And I have been letting him take everything at his pace. He still shows aa lot of pup at times. One year old tomorrow.

Made two drops last night with Yeti he only had to hunt out a few hundred yards before finding his first track he took it about 600 yards and treed and had the coon. I rewarded him by knocking it out to him. Second drop we hunted the edge of some woods and a uncut corn field. We walked a good 1/4 mile before we got track number 2 ended up cold trailing it over 900 yards but came up slick. It was a good sized tree but I could not find a coon or a hole.

Took Yeti and Echo last night. First drop they worked track and treed together. Next drop they ended up split Echo had a coon yeti had a den. Then I got to do some trash breaking Yeti thought he would bay up a porkypine. Echo looked good last night though went 5 for 6 in 6 drops with the one being a hollow tree.
